Information is used to respond to inquiries, review buy, sell, trade-in, consignment, or financing interest, coordinate test drives and service appointments, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and improve website operations.

Customer vehicle photos

Photos submitted for a sell, trade-in, order, or consignment review are treated as private submission material. They are not published as inventory unless staff completes a separate approved listing process.

Email notifications

If enabled, the website may email a reference confirmation to the address you provide and send a private alert to authorized staff. A submission remains saved even if email delivery is unavailable.

Sensitive information

The general financing-interest form is not a credit application. Do not submit Social Security, bank-account, payment-card, driver’s-license, or similar sensitive identity information through a general website form.

Retention and access
